I have purchased the wp-eStore plug-in from your website but i havent got the email to download the plug-in. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
Please send me your email so i can PM you the receipt number.
Will send you an email to rectify this.
I’m back again…this time everything is working (PHP session, IPN transfer, etc.) but I’m still not able, in the test sessions, to receive an e-mail with the download link. The PayPal payment goes through just fine. Again, my site is http://www.jacksonfahnestock.com.

I have tried all means of correcting this but, in the final analysis, I am told by my web hosting service provider that they don’t support IPN from PayPal (this was told to me by one of their senior technicians). Do I have any other options to do a work around for this?

Seriously? The web hosting company do not support PayPal IPN? How will you use any decent shopping cart solution on this server? IPN is how PayPal sends the payment notification to a script so it can verify the payment and process it.
You can use the PDT feature to deliver the download links but the emails and other post payment processing won’t happen without IPN.
