Tagged: product details
I am using WP eStore Settings v 6.9.7.2, with extra shortcodes plugin.
I have tried various fancy styles that include the link button to “Details”
NONE of the fancy styles show the link, not in Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
I have not changed any of the code that is in the css or any other file, only added my products, which show up just fine except for the missing link to details. I tried to find a similar problem in the forum but the only thing I saw addressed was the styling of the details link, not whether it was there or not. really need help.
The page I am working on is [http://studio-613.com/gallery/single-yarn-plying-bowls]
the entire site is not viewable publicly, really in the baby stages. I will leave that page alone until another day, so it can be viewed for your help
Hi, The product details link will only show if you have specified a value in the “Product Page URL” field of the product in question. If you don’t specify a product details page then the plugin doesn’t know which page you want to link to and it will assume you don’t have one. Let me know if that helps.
Of Course! that makes perfect sense, thank you so much for your help.
thank you from me too! Exact same question!
whew!
I am having the same problem but I do have a URL to the product page in each item. The title of the product links but I would like to have a ‘more details’ link at the bottom of each short description.
You can add HTML in the product description box. So use that to add a “details” link in the description area. You can see an example of what I have done using the same technique:

The “More Info” links are done using the technique.
Great, thanks!
