MemberI am using the pretty photo lightbox to display photos on a website. I am including a description below the photo, but the description is running out of the lightbox. I tried shortening the text, but that actually shortened the amount of text that was appearing in the popout (ex: originally 4 of 6 lines were in the black lightbox, then 3 of 5 lines were in lightbox)
I tried a few different CSS lines to extend the lightbox, but was not able to get it to extend. How can I get the full description included in the black background on the popout?
Thanks

ModeratorHi, It’s working fine on my test site. I’m not sure if the shortcode you are using is broken. Please try copying the shortcode from here –
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_image link="http://mymobilepeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Home-Page.png" description="This page can be customized with your name, a personal message, and your contact information. The Tap to Call button will direct calls to any number you chose. Members will be have a custom header" source="http://mymobilepeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Home-Page-Preview.png"]Also try another deactivation/reactivation as you have upgraded the plugin.
Let me know how it goes.

MemberI replaced the code, and even tried placing it on a new test page, but I am getting the same result. I looked in Firefox, IE, and Chrome, all looked the same.
You can view a screenshot of the problem here. I places a red box around the section where the description is running out of the lightbox.

ModeratorHi, There are too many Javascript files in that page. So I’m not sure what’s causing this issue.
I’ve sent a site access request to your registered email address. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
