eStore manual checkout – decimal points not showing up when value is zero

I created an order using the manual process in my store.

The subtotal amount was $69.50 but it shows up as $69.5 in the e-mail. Same thing with the shipping amount, values after the decimal point are not showing when they are zero.

Here is the info from the e-mail receipt:

Price: $6.95

Quantity: 10

---

Subtotal: $69.5

Shipping: $3

Total: $72.50

Total Items Ordered: 1

I have adjusted the plugin so it outputs the zeros after the decimal correctly. Please download a new copy of the plugin now to get this update:
