Sorry for the simple question, i am no web expert.
Im getting about 1/50 people who are not recieving my auto respond emails.
I went through the trouble shooting and i even had these particular people add my email address to their contact list. I just want to know if i can just leave the debug setting on at all times because alot of my sales just happen without me knowing. By doing so i wont mess anything up on my site?
thanks very much.
Sure it’s okay! But you should perhaps, periodically check the size of the log files and reset them from time to time.
Now, if this was an IT department, inside a large company, I’d have a procedure in place whereby someone would proactively review the log files every 5 to 7 days; and if no anomalies are observed, reset the logs until the next review period.
thank you for the response!
