Date Not Set

Why do some members not have a date, it says DATE NOT SET and the only way to fix this and allow them to complete their registration is to manually change the date 0000-00-00 to NULL in PhpMyAdmin. I found where this 0000-00-00 date is coming from, it is in the file /inc/lib/class.emember_emember_list.php on line 77 but what causes this to happen to some and not others?

Which version of the eMember plugin are you using? There is no such file in the current version, nor can I locate a similarly named file in my archives.

Is the registration being done from the standard registration form of our plugin or did you import those users?

Thanks for the reply, Version 10.3.5. Registrations are all done as they always have. some work but some don’t keep the date. Nothing changes as far as new tiers or anything, just started happening one day.

Will you be able to give me steps that I can do on your site to reproduce this?

Enable the debug option in the emember plugin to see if there is any clue there. It can be helpful in trying to identify patterns in terms what causes that specific outcome.

Hey sorry, I am unable to at the moment but this wouldn’t big a big deal however, I cannot fix through the dashboards, I have to update in PhpMyAdmin. The error when trying to fix a no date set in wordpress leads to a “username cannot be changed” error.
