Hi I”m using [wp_affiliate_view2] and have attempted to adjust/customize the field settings. However, I plan to pay affiliates via “check in the mail”. How do I edit fields on the sign up page so that the information that’s inputted shows up in the Manage Affiliate section “Payable to”?

I was able to customize the sign up page. However, I’m running test on the sign up page and my “Payable To” field in admin is still NOT showing the data in the appropriate field in admin Under Manage Affiliates although the field on the sign up page ask for it.
Can you advise?
There is a “Payable To” field in the affiliates profile already (it is just hidden at the moment). Will it help if we add an option to show that field so your affiliates can fill in the info?
Yes. That would be helpful. Is this on the [wp_affiliate_view2] version? And can you advise on how I could get this data to show up in Admin under “Manage Affiliates”?
