Customizing Input Fields & Numerical Choice Purchasing

Hi there,

I got a couple quick questions concerning eStore.

1. I run a voice over website where people enter text into the customer input field. With the current incarnation its more like a single line that eventually cuts off. Is there a way to alter the size to capture a short paragraph and that automatically wraps around to the next line?

2. On the same site I want to have a player of audio examples (let’s just say mp3s). If the customer want to purchase 3 of those files, is there a where they can enter the number of each file (3,7,21) into one or multiple text fields and have your software calculate the total then allow them to finish the transaction?

I ask this because there will close to 100 files at it’s peak. Setting up a page with that many files along with single mp3 players next to each and buy now buttons will be a bit much. I want to streamline the process and design as much as possible.

There is a limit on how many characters you can pass in the customer input field before PayPal chops it off. So it is not a good idea to pass a lot of data via the customer input field. Use the method explained in this post to collect lots of customization data from your customer:
