Customize the email tag for {product_details}

After a sale is made, I would like to customize the data in the {product_details} email tag when I get my notification email. Is there any way to break out the “quantity” sold from the product details? Something like {product_quantity} and then only display the quantity that was purchased? I don’t need all the other data (i.e. item name with variation, currency and price).

Would these email tags also apply? :

{product_name} = item name (with variation)

{product_currency} = currency

{product_price} = price of every purchased item

Please note, that shortcode is a summary of ALL products sold during that particular transaction. You may have difficulty extracting information for 1 particular item.
