Customers not being recorded in database but everything else works

I have gone through all the setup properly but customers are not being recorded when I look at manage customers. Also no emails are being sent.

Here is my ipn log

Are you using a subscription product with free trial for this member signup?

Yes a 30 day free trial

WP eStore’s manage customer will get populated when the subscription charge kicks in. It doesn’t add a customer record for “Free Trial”.

Oh ok that is good to know. Is there a way to make it so that a customer record does get added for free trial? I feel this is important to track.

Yes, that should be doable without much hassle. I have added this to my to do list.

I have updated the plugin so customer data from a free trial signup via PayPal subscription will also get recorded.

I downloaded and installed the new version but customers are still not being recorded if they purchased a subscription with a trial period. Is there a step that I may have forgotten?

Lets take a look at the debug which will sort it out. Please share the content of the following debug file after you do a test free trial purchase:
