We ran a test – my husband bought my e-course – and when he received the confirmation in his email all of the download links except one were broken (half highlighted and then regular text). Also, he was redirected to an error page instead of back to my site –
Please help!
“half highlighted and then regular text” – Looks like your mail client is not wrapping the text properly. Most modern mail clients will wrap it automatically. What email client do you use?
“he was redirected to an error page” – Check the return URL that you have specified in eStore. Enter that URL in the browser to make sure it is a valid URL (it is easy to make a typo).
