I am using eMember for my memberships and woocommerce for my store. I need to produce a customer order history for customers to view as long as they are loggged in to the eMember members area.

August 8, 2018 at 12:09 am #78285adminKeymasterThe orders are handled by WooCommerce. So the order history comes from WooCommerce. Ask the woocommerce support if they have a shortcode that you can put on a page to show the order history. Order history is only visible to users who are logged-in. You can protect that page so only members can see it.

August 8, 2018 at 11:12 pm #78287adminKeymasterIt should display orders of the WP user (woocommerce account) that is logged into the site. I think WooCommerce does it via the accounts page they create on your site.
Are you using this?

August 9, 2018 at 7:00 am #78288KosmosDesignMemberThe trouble is that many of our members were pre existing prior to the release of the website and so they have no accounts page assigned from a product.
Currently when I visit the my account page it automatically reroutes to the log in even when I am logged in as a member. If I can get past this issue I know the order history will be there. Its now the communication between eMember and Wooccomerce which is stopping me for showing the my accounts page where all the order history data is available. MSAGB.com
Please let me know if you need my log in details to view admin area.
August 10, 2018 at 12:02 am #78289adminKeymasterThe older WooCommerce account can be imported into WP eMember using the following:

Then those users will have the emember account.
August 10, 2018 at 6:26 am #78290KosmosDesignMemberSorry but you don;t understand.
The members have been inserted manually and imported via an XLS sheet. These were existing members who were members of the MSA prior to the new site going live. So at least 2000 of these will not have gone through any of the yearly renewal processes as yet and some renew away from the site over the telephone. How do I counteract this as I have been asked to install s oder history but for these 200+ members who were added manually then they have no prior history with woocommerce and so when they are logged in, despite the fact they are logged in via the eMember system they will encounter the log in boxes when trying to visit the accounts page.

August 13, 2018 at 9:05 am #78292adminKeymasterWe actually do not have any feature that applies to what you are explaining. So I am not sure if how we can address this.
