I have activated the add-on and added the fields, however it doesn’t show up in my Checkout page (i’m using Paypal Smart Checkout)

Is there something else I need to do?

Are you referring to the “Collect Customer Input in the Shopping Cart” addon?

(i’m using Paypal Smart Checkout)

Are you talking about “PayPal Smart Payment Buttons?”

The addon only works with the eStore cart; it does not work with “PayPal Payment Buttons.”
