Customer email does not contain download link

My costumers are receiving the email sent from the plugin, but the download link is missing.

I am guessing that something else needs to be in the email template, but what?

Now I have another problem.

I tried buying two items and the both appeared on the same line. I don’t see any way of resolving that???

Now that is really odd.

I was going through the check list for missing line feeds in the email and so far no success but deactivating all of the plugins changed the paypal page I get.

BTW, I can’t change the theme because then I lose my store page.

We are using the Bradley theme which depends on the Genesis theme.

This usually happens if you have a plugin or theme that is messing up the email formatting of outgoing emails. This is not something we can do anything about it.

The Genesis theme is NOT going to be an issue. This is likely coming from a plugin.
