    Hello,

My eStore is several types of content written that users interested in them, have to pay in advance.

So, after the user checkout I have to communicate with him as for instance, the customer has to fill a questionnaire and in case of questions or doubts, it is necessary to mantain contact.

Then, my question is if after checkout, I will receive automatically the email of the new customer.
If the answer is “the email is not saved”, how can I managed to have the email? With a membership connected? Is eMember good for that?

In fact I would prefer something simple as I wan’t a membership. It’s only a way to save customers information and to keep contact.

    Thanks in advance.

If the intent is to maintain post-sales contact with customers; you could use one of the eStore integration options for AWeber, MailChimp, GetResponse, MadMimi, MailPoet, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Infusionsoft, or Constant Contact.

The use of any of these options, will collect/organize customer email addresses.

The customers email addresses are also available in the “Manage Customers” menu. You can generate a list of email addresses that purchased a certain product.

If you want membership/user management type functionality then you can look at using a membership plugin.

Thanks. Nevertheless I will do a test when I finish all the products. I will check your answer then.
