Hello group,
Just wanted to get an idea. I’m producing a PPV and have a pretty good turnout of viewers. Out of 200 viewers, only about 3 er 4 have claimed that had not received a D/L product link. We have resolved most issues by manually sending them another link after verifying purchase records. However 1 customer has made a purchase, claimed to not have received the link, so we manually sent him another and now claims that he has not received it a 2nd time. He wants to attempt to use a different email blaming his email box. Sounds pretty suspicious right??
So my question is, obviously I have no way of verifying whether he has received the link or not. If we sent him another DL link is it possible he could give these links away to others? Has anybody had a situation like this how did you handle it?
