customer details not recorded with estore squeeze form submission

Hi there,

I’m using WP estore and used the following code for the squeeze page:

[wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=4]

But it isn’t recording the email address within ‘manage customers’. So when I go ‘manage customers’, the email address and name isn’t recorded.

What can I do to fix it?

Hi Denise, can you read the following URL to check and make sure that the squeeze page is configured correctly.

Are you using the same email address again and again to test that squeeze form? To prevent your list getting spamed, eStore won’t re-add the same email address for the same product to the manage customers menu (if it is there already).
