    Hello,

I’ve added a txt custom field named “THIS is the name”

Then in the email template (email settings) I’ve added:

    THIS is the name: {THIS is the name}

but the value is not shown.

    Can you help me please?

    Thanks

When you say “the value is not shown,” do you get “nothing,” or does the tag name appear in the email? Also, have you tried simpler (1 or 2 word) field names?

The tag name appears in the email exactly like this: {THIS is the name}.

I can’t use less word for the field name because the user will not understand what the label means.

There’s a way to separately managed the field name anche the field label?

    Thanks

We’re simply asking if you could temporarily try using a shorter or different name as a test; to see if there is a problem, or if the issue is “something else.”

Sure, I create a new test field named “test field” and it doesn’t work. The mail show “TEST: {test field}”.

EDIT: After this I tryed with only one word and it works. How can I manage the label according to my needs?

I’m trying also to add a required checkbox but I’m able to proceed also with checkbox unchecked

If the field name is “TEST field” does the tag {TEST_field} work?

Well, with “_” in mail template it works.

    How about the required checkbox?

    Thanks

The required bit requires JavaScript to be working correctly on your site. Do you have any JavaScript error on this site?

Please share a link to your registration page so I can check it for you.
