Hi, I created some custom fields for the basic register form, but they don’t show up. I checked the checkbox in the settings too. I make the field -> I click on update -> the custom field isn’t added. Is there something more what I must do?

    Thanks for your feedback!

You just have to enable the custom fields option in the settings and then configure the custom fields there. It then shows up in the form. If the custom field is not getting added in the settings then thats an issue. Do you see an error when you try add a custom field in the settings?

Hi , Thanks for the feedback. The custom fields don’t show. I tried everything : disable all plug-ins , change theme to the default one , added 3 custom fields,… I don’t know what I can test more. I have the latest versions of wp ,themes and plug-ins. Thanks!

Hi, I just noticed that my custom fields are displaying in the WP eMember backend under “Add/Edit Member”, but I need them to be in the frontend register form. Can it be done?

I will take a look at the wp dashboard of your site. I have sent you an email for it.

It looks like you are using the following option:

Free Members Must Confirm Email Address

This option makes it so the form act in a specific way. Make sure you read the notes section of the following post to understand this option and how it interacts with the registration page.
