Hi again
Just a quickie. I have one custom field – a checkbox. It works fine when I register, but the value that I “tick” doesn’t appear in the User profile in the backend. Both checkboxes are empty in the backend even if I tick one of them when registering.
Is there anything special that I need to do to carry this information across, as it’s needed for some investment site and the regulations require that we capture this information as part of their disclaimer.
SW.
Hi, one more additional bit of info and a related question:
1. Although the tick / value doesn’t appear in the admin backend for the administrator, it does seem to be ticked in the user profile view. So I am wondering if it’s just not showing or if it’s an admin thing?
2. If I want to include the chosen value in an email, what would I include in the email settings?
I’ve tried:
{emember_custom[your-investor-status][1]}
{emember_custom[your-investor-status]}
{your-investor-status}
But these just return the text above, not the values.
Is there any way to do this?
Thanks again!
SW.
I will need to take a look inside your site to see what is happening. I will send you an email for it.
