hello, in the Additional product details section, I entered a custom button url and used the [wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=PRODUCT-ID] shortcode in several posts.

However the button does not show up at this moment and all I see is an X in a little square box instead of the “add to cart” button.

The file I uploaded was already in my Media Library, and it is similar to the standard PayPal button, with the text written in French.

How can I fix this and have the button show up?

    Thank you. Lucie

Please post links to the following:

    1. Page with the problem button.
    2. Direct link to the button image used.

Hello, here is a page link example:

here is a button link example:

The size of this button is 190pixel wide x 32pixel height, and is 40K size.

I tried to downsize it to 150 and 130 pixel wide and it still doesn’t show.

    thank you for your help.

Looks like you have used the Attachement file URL in the button image URL field. Edit the product and use the actual URL of the image (it ends with .jpg) in the “Button Image URL” field. So the value of that field should be the following URL:

    Hello again,

I relinked the button and now it works.

    Great. Thanks.
