Currency Problems

Hi there

2 things:

I have selected my currency as CDN both in estore settings and paypal – yet paypal is displaying as USD. I put through a transaction of $1 and it did not complete – response from estore was “Invalid Product Currency Used: USD”

I’ve double-checked all the places you set the currency in both estore and paypal – they all say CDN – so don’t know what i’ve missed. Any clues?

I selected the product to also be displayed with an secondary currency of USD beside the CDN (in estore settings) – but that doesn’t seem to be showing up on the product description. Is there something else I have to do to activate this?

I don’t know if PayPal supports any currency code named “CDN”. Please have look at the following documentation page which has a list of the currency codes supported by PayPal:

Please note that the secondary currency code only works on “Buy Now” or “Subscription” type button.

I think it’s supposed to be “CAD,” not CDN.

Ok – that would explain it – lol! I’ll change it and see. Thanks very much.

Also – not using a buy now button – as it’s a download product – so that explains that one too.
