CSV to DB – problems when trying to upload csv file

The instructions say to choose the wp_wp_eStore_tbl database table, but when I look at the tables list mine states wptj_wp_eStore_tbl

Then I click on upload to select input file, then Select file

I find the file on my computer and click on Open

A box opens with the information about my file

File name: products_upload_try2.csv

File type: text/csv

Upload date: 16th February 2018

I click on Insert into post

and then receive this message.

This is not a valid .csv file extension.

I can go no further.

What am I doing wrong?
