CRITICAL problem with v4.5.9
You and I were working on an issue here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/two-problems-too-long-to-get-email-and?replies=1#post-9587.
I have updated my cart to v4.5.9, and I have found two critical show stopper plugin issues:
1. User gets a WHITE page upon clicking on encrypted url for download. To solve this I re uploaded the files, overwriting them a number of times.
2. When trying to update price (wp estore > add/edit products), price does not stick.
Since the white page is largely critical, I have re-uploaded my old version of the cart and the encrypted links now work ok(only in the email notification though, since the LINKS on thank you page on the old cart is NOT working), since I sell many of our products.
HELP!
We have added many variations of the download options to the plugin to suit different server configurations. Please go to the “AddOn Settings” tab from the settings menu of eStore and try the various download methods from the “Download Manager Related” section. I am pretty sure one of them will work for you. Once you set it once it will keep using that in the future.
The 2nd issue is related to the fact that you did not deactivate and reactivate the plugin as stated in the update instruction.
Out of curiosity, which download manager setting finally worked for you?
