I just tried that with no change. I typed it a second time — just in case — and still no change. Here’s the short code I used for the download button:

The error was due to an invisible character, in the product URI.

Here is how to detect them…
1. Place your input cursor at the beginning of the input field.
2. Press (on the keyboard) Control-End, to move the input cursor to the end of the input field.
3. While staring at what you believe to be the last character of the input field, press the Backspace key ONE TIME. If the last character is still there, it means there was at least one invisible character at the end of the input field.
Thank you very much for looking into this. There’s something very strange going on. Firstly, I absolutely DID check for invisible characters right from the start. Not only did I check, I also manually typed in the URI for product #6, which is the one you tested. Because I typed it manually, there didn’t seem to be further reason to check for invisibles as I never imagined that I typed an invisible.
Although I did NOT try manually retyping the other test download link (product #2) that wasn’t working, I did check for invisibles i it previously. They were most definitely gone. But when I returned to the link TODAY, the invisible character was back again. I deleted it (there were actually 2 chars), saved, and tested. The download was still not working. I went back to the link and the invisible was back again! I found that every time I exited the field, it added the invisible characters back. It didn’t matter if I hit the enter key to exit the field, pressed the Save button for the page (without hitting enter), or just clicked outside the field — it kept adding the invisible characters back in. It seemed the mere act of exiting the field is what caused them to be added. This is occurring in Safari for the Mac but not in Firefox. Furthermore, when I correct it in Firefox, it seems to stop occurring in Safari. Also, it only seems to happen in the URI field in Safari.
The fact that it only occurs in Safari makes it seem like an issue with Safari, but the fact that it’s only occurring in the URI field (I have not checked ALL fields — just a handful) makes it seem that it may be a combination of Safari and the plugin. I have nothing against Firefox, but I only use it for previewing web pages that I design and I strongly prefer not having to switch browsers (most of my clients use Safari). I know there are things web programmers can do to make CSS compatible with different browsers so I’m hoping a similar small tweak would work on this plugin, too.

But I am facing another issue:
When a click on the download button for a field, it displays the complete url on Fre Dowload Manager along with the AcesKey, Expires and Siganture. If I saVe that link, I cam paste latter on a browser and get the file.
Is it posible to avoid that behaviour?
My site is a subscription site and I want to prevent people from downloading after their embership expires.
Go ahead and try doing that. Then see what happens after 10 minutes
It won’t give access anymore when it expires. Knowing those values from the URL won’t help someone access the file illegally.
