Hi,
I’ve been using eStore for a while now, and it works nicely.
On our website, we sell digital products that come with a serial number. We have hundreds of customers who have bought 1 or more products over time.
At this stage, I want to add a page on the website where all previous customers (and any new ones) will be able to view the history of all their purchases, and download the products again, all from one convenient page.
I’ve been looking around your website here, but it’s not clear to me which of your many products and add-ons would be best for me. Emember sounds promising, but will I be able to bulk transfer all existing customers to eMember?
[Edit: I’d like to clarify that currently our products are not subscription based — it’s a one-time purchase only. It isn’t clear to me from browsing the [somewhat chaotic*] tipandtricks website if eMember supports this?]
Thanks!

April 20, 2017 at 2:51 pm #75509Ariel777SpectatorHello,
No, I hadn’t! Very nice…
I’ll do some more searching now on the site to see if there’s a way of providing download links as well…
(1) Is there some way to password protect this shortcode, so that the customer has to type not only their email, but also say a serial number, or paypal ID?
(2) If the answer to (1) is that that is only possible with the eMember plugin, then: Is it possible to bulk transfer all the existing customers to the eMember plugin, keeping their purchase history intact?
Thanks very much for your help! I’m going to check out the shortcodes more carefully now…

No.

Bulk transfer them from where?
April 20, 2017 at 3:56 pm #75511Ariel777SpectatorThank you for the link. I see that it’s not possible.
Bulk transfer: I mean that I have hundreds of customers who have bought one or more items using the eStore plugin. Can I bulk transfer all those customers from the eStore database to eMember, so that if they want, they can sign up for free membership, and then log on, and only then see their purchase history page?
(3) Is it possible to query the eStore plugin (via GET or POST or PHP) to see whether a customer’s subscription/recurring payment has been made, and that they’re an active customer?
April 21, 2017 at 12:43 am #75512adminKeymasterThere is no magic solution for what you are asking (this is why you can’t find anything for it). A developer will need to look at your specific requirement, provide suggestion and custom code something for your specific setup.
