Coupons not showing in tables

Hey

we’re having problems with the coupon system, all of them work fine and are a mixture of £ & % and redemption limits. However the redemption count is staying at 0, we’ve deduced from our own accounts that they’ve been used over a hundred times. I can manually input the data into the cpanel, however we ideally need to see which coupons are being used as we need to keep a record of certain clients who use the site.

as fas as i am aware this only started a few months ago, and we haven’t updated the plugin either before or after.

Is there anything you could advise me to do?
