Coupon Problems

Hello, I am having all sorts of issues with the coupon system.

#1 How can I create a coupon that is for a set amount off the entire order. For instance $50.00 off the entire order?

#2 I have a free shipping setup automatically for orders over $30…when this coupon applies..I am not able to stack any other coupon..when I try it just does nothing.

I have sold two charity (well not sold..we raffled them off for people who had charities) coupons for free products but didn’t realize that my coupon codes weren’t working..need to fix ASAP as the raffles have already been held (for people have lost their children in car wrecks)

Create a conditional coupon like the following:

Give $50 discount when “Total Amount” -> “Is greater than” -> 100 (you can use any amount here)

It will give $50 discount when this coupon is used but note that the discount amount will be split across the individual items in the shopping cart as the cart will need to submit the individual item details to PayPal not just the total amount.

“Free Shipping” is another coupon that gets automatically applied when the condition is met. eStore doesn’t allow multiple coupons to be applied to the same cart (this is how many people scam the system).
