Tagged: coupon code, discount, WP eStore
I don’t believe I was able to find a forum regarding my issue so I’m posting it here hoping someone can help me figure out my problem I’m using WP version 3.5.1.
I created a coupon code a while back that would take $5 off each item ordered. It’s been working great up until yesterday when someone purchased 2 items and it took $5 off the entire order, not each individual item. So she purchased two t-shirts, one for $20 and the other for $25. Then she applied the code. The message I received in my inbox said that she paid $17.50 and $22.50 for the items after applying the code. That tells me that it took off $2.50 for each item not $5. Like I said, It’s been taking $5 off each item for customers until now and I didn’t change any settings. What’s going on? I’m not sure if there’s any other information I could be providing to help troubleshoot this. If so, let me know and I’ll do my best!
Thank you!!
Jen
Hi Jen, Can you please share the URL of a page where you have some eStore product then tell me what I should do (example: Which product I should add to the cart then what coupon I should apply) to see the issue you explained. This will help me understand your setup and see where the issue is.
What version of eStore plugin are you using?
