I’ve got the plugin installed and added a coupon code, but somethings not working right. They’re supposed to be able to add multiple products to their cart, apply the code and get a discount. I made the code good until October 15th, but today they tried to use it and got this error message: “maximum coupon redemption reached.” What can I change to make the code work?
Go to the coupons menu and edit the coupon in question. Check the values of the following fields for that coupon code:
– Redemption Limit
– Redemption CountAdjust them to make sure the limit is higher than the count.
If you are not sure what those fields do, keep the field empty which will make it unlimited.
