Tagged: coupon, multiple items
I have a coupon setup for $14, but when it’s getting applied it’s only giving $7. I can’t find any setting that says 50% off coupon. Also if we want the coupon to be applied for each quantity, how do I do that.
e.g.: We’re selling a book and cd., we will have a gift product for any additional ebook purchases as we are using pdfStamper.
So we have someone purchase the book for themselves.
Item 1 ebook for themselves 14.00 off
Item 2 CD no discount
Item 3 2 ebooks for others 28.00 off
How would we setup the coupons to do this? Multiple coupons? It can’t be based solely on quantity as we don’t want to discount the CD.
Thanks for any assistance!
You can create conditional coupons that can only be applied to a certain product (use the “Item ID” condition).
So create a coupon that gives 50% discount for your Item 1 and Item 3
Hi, I don’t think I was clear previously. The coupon is being applied at 50%. the coupon itself is for $14, however only $7.00 is being taken off. The item costs $37. I’ll try your suggestion, however it didn’t appear to work previously.
