Country Selection In Cart – Warning Message Customization

Hi – when you order a tangible product that needs shipping – my cart has a drop down menu to choose country, and displays the following message in red:

“Please click the update button to finalise your change”

Is it possible to change the wording of this message please?

I just want to say something more like – please click the update button to confirm your country.
