Using the latest version of e-store and stamper. Products add ok, products manually stamp ok, payment taken, link provided all work ok. When I go to view the downloaded file, it won’t open, giving a “PDF Structure 40 error – Invalid reference table (Xref)”. Have tried opening in acrobat and pdf exchange neither works. Acrobat just says file is corrupt and cannot be repaired.
Apologies if I’ve posted this elsewhere, forum software bit confusing. Please advise, time critical project.
Further info, when going into stamped file section, and copy/paste direct URL to stamped file in browser, stamped file works ok. Problem could be therefore e-store related.
Yes, did that, problem now sorted, it was memory problem. Solution modify php global settings for larger memory allocation. (large pdf files) 45mb plus probably causing overflow, although max size was 64mb, increased and now works. Other problem with stamping will post separately. Thanks for the quick response wzp
