Contact form which itself generate the member who writes.

I need a contact form only for members. It needs to self-generate who it is writing. so my members do not have to write it again.I have tried Contact form 7, and Ninja forms without success.

If the emember john doe is logged in and he wan’t to write to me i need the contact to show “john doe” In the name text field and he’s e-mail in the e-mail text field, so he don’t have to write that, but I can still see who wrote to me.
