consistent thumbnails – search, gallery, etc

I have been plugging away at my new website but I am having trouble getting the search results to display in the same template style as my gallery page(s). I am using template 5 for my galleries, but when I do a search, the results are little tiny thumbs that look not as good. As well as using the shortcode to display new products does a different thumb as well. Any idea how to make all photo thumbs the same template?

Currently search results will only display as template 1.

We will be eventually increasing the template choices for search results.
