Hi,
The Lightbox Ultimate Plugin has a conflict with my home page slider which is part of my dynamic theme. It totally blacks it out. It also removes the “scroll to top” button. Both of these issues happen when on a mobile device. (iPhone & iPad) Have I missed a setting somewhere? What can we do? (And no I can not switch themes and I need the scroll to top button also!)
Also, when you click to open the video on mobile it opens youtube in another window.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Brent
May 1, 2013 at 5:19 am #55383wpCommerceModeratorHi, can I take a look at the page where you are having this issue?
May 1, 2013 at 3:00 pm #55384BrentMemberHi, sure.
I originally tried this on a clients live site and I couldn’t leave it because it didn’t work. So I replicated it on a test site.
Go here: [http://bestmobilewebsitedesigner.com/livemobileviewer-com/] from your phone or iPad. The site is responsive, everything works fine on the computer, but not with mobile. If you look at the site from your PC you will see the images fade in and out. On mobile there is a total white space. When you click to see the video you are taken to a broken link at youtube in a new window.
On the home page above the video is displayed in the sidebar via the “page in widget” plugin. I also tried using a plain “text” widget and had the same issue.
The original page where the code is actually placed is here: [http://bestmobilewebsitedesigner.com/livemobileviewer-com/our-latest-videos/]
Thanks again for your help. I sure hope this works especially after I spent $175 on ALL of your plugins!

May 1, 2013 at 11:29 pm #55387BrentMemberThere is really an issue with this plugin and my theme. Now when it’s enabled my accordions do not work either. This was brought to my attention today from several clients who were using IE.
May 2, 2013 at 12:06 am #55388wpCommerceModeratorHi, your theme seems to be using a lightbox library as well. When there are multiple copies of the same JavaScript library they usually conflict with one another. This post has more information on it:
Lightbox Ultimate – Clicking on the Anchor does not Display any Overlay
Can you please switch to the twenty twelve theme and see how it goes?
May 2, 2013 at 4:43 am #55389BrentMemberWell there’s definitely a conflict with my theme. But I can’t switch to another. Your plugin worked fine with 2012.
Any other suggestions?
What about the other options? Are they responsive and what else works for mobile? What about flowplayer?
I’m not sure how these all work.
Thanks.
May 2, 2013 at 2:49 pm #55390BrentMemberAfter more research I found that my theme uses prettyPhoto. So I totally removed it and I still have the same issues. Scroll to top still does not work. Portions of my theme won’t load, etc. It seems that most of these issues are related to mobile when viewing on my iPhone or iPad. I’ve never had any issues with my theme and other plugins. I have had other plugins have issues with other plugins but I am baffled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I don’t use this plugin will it effect the other plugins that I purchased like eStore and eMember?
Thank you.
May 2, 2013 at 11:42 pm #55391wpCommerceModeratorHi, did you remove the shortcode? can you please embed it again on a page so I can check for existing errors?
