Configuring commission tiers for bigger orders

Hi,

I’m not referring to tiers the way that they are used elsewhere in the forum, but for affiliates which generate a lot of sales eg. 10% for the first £500 and 15% thereafter. Can you help me understand how/where this can be done? thanks
