    Hi

I use wp affiliate on WooCommerce

I am sorry for any repeatition i will do

I need a bit of help and clarification on the tier commission/working, concerning the business model i am workin on.

So lets say my client buying a product/set and register becoming #1 affiliate

having 18% commission on directly generated purchase and 12% tier commission on his 2 level.

Lets assume that aff.#1 have a client that make a “direct purchase” from his

link (or coupon), so aff.#1 gain the 18%.

THat last client register as affiliate trough #1 (or manually referred)

so become his #2 level affiliate.

So what i am concerning is:

    -1. when aff.#2 buy from a link from aff.#1

    (or a aff.#1 linked WooCoupon)the aff. #1 gain a direct commission (18%)

-2. If aff. #2 make any “direct” (self) purchase without using aff.#1 link/coupon, i guess aff. #1 is still gaining a tier commission (12%) even if is made

    without link/coupon (cause #2 register trough #1 )

    THats correct?

Or #1 is gaining a 18% “direct commission”? for me, in this case, “tier commission” would be more correct, more chance to “difference the commission/business “scenario”.

-3. The “chain” with #1 is working/not working if affiliate #2 send a link/coupon that generate a purchase?

If it works, on that last purchase aff.#2 gain 18% + aff.#1 gain 12%.

That would make difference about “additive commission” calculation.

If not, I dont see any chance to have “additive commission”.

If the -3. chain is working,my business module could have a problem. i guess that

To have a both the “tier model” business and to avoid “additive commission”, it

could make sense to give the chance to “enable/disable” the tracking from #2 to #1 of the link/coupon sended from the 2 level tier, and so giving the chance to still have a tier model, as case -2. where #1 gain tier commission from his referral “direct or self purchase”.

IN this case aff.#1 gain 2 tier commission from aff.#2 any purchase, but its excluded any “additive commission” from #2 sended link/coupon tracking.

IN this scenario we will have a 2 tier avoiding any “additive commission” issue.

    I am correct?

I guess is interesting as I am developing a business plan to use your plugin with “mixed scenario”,so i am concerning about a real business demand.

Finally if aff.#2 generate aff.#3,are any “link” to #1, about aff.#3 direct purchase/ sended link purchase ?

THanks in advance as always for any help/suggestion and your great support!
