I have 2 installs of this plugin on 2 different severs, one works really sweet. one I have a little issue with. Recently our sales have picked up so would like to make payments.
The Issue is regarding the Affiliate Mass payout amount, on my first install which is working well the amount shown is in Dollars and cents, which is what I require.
On the second install it shows the amount as a fixed amount, seems to be the fixed rate multiplied by sales.
Even though I have the Commission settings/Use Fixed Commission Amount: unchecked it still shows as a fixed amount.
1. As suggested in other threads I have the latest versions installed on both eStore and Affiliate plugins.
2. The settings on both installs is exactly the same.
3. I am using the Revenue sharing check box for a some affiliates in eStore, have that checked in Affiliate plugin as well
Cant seem to find any other thread of someone having the same issue in the past.
The payout amount accumulate the commissions that have be awarded to the affiliates. So if you go to the Sales menu, how does your commission amounts look like?
Can you share the content of the mass payout file so I can see how it looks?

I think I can see what is happening, the older entries must have been created when the setting was on Fixed amount. You can see below the latest affiliate added was Travis Ripley. He was added 2 months ago and the the check box Use Fixed Commission Amount: was changed.
Should I now sort this out to date and clear the records back to zero.

Yep, if you were using the fixed commission amount system before then you still need to pay those amounts. Sort it out and mark it as paid, then the system will only show the new commissions (that needs to be paid out) going forward.
