I am having an issue with the commission rate not updating on the affiliate members_only.php page. I have a flat commission rate of 1200 in my settings but it says I have 500 on members_only.php, which was the first number i entered in there earlier. Everything else is updating fine on the page except for that variable.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

The commission rate you enter in the settings is used to set the commission of an affiliate when he signs up. If you change it later then only new affiliates will get that new rate. This allows you to give different commission rate to different affiliates. You can simply edit an affiliate and change his commission rate anytime (the value in the settings is only used to set the default commission rate at the time of signup).
