Commission is not calculated correctly for woocommerce product

Hi,

the total sales price of my digital WooCommerce product ist 9,99€.

I have set the commission in the product to 40 (%).

Now, I’ve made a test purchase and the affiliate partner got 3€ commission. That doesn’t add up.

40% commission on the 9,99€ sales price, should have resulted in a commission of 4€.

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have tax or vat for that product which is included in that price? Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliate plugin by any chance?

Hi, i have the same problem.

At 7$ a product with 25% commission, leads to gain 4$ instead of $ 3.5. I do not Understand why.

Always rounded up. It needs to be exact commission.

Commision level not defined Default, ok? Only the product has the commission, different in each.

I hope you can understand me.

The verion WP Affiliate is 5.8.6

I test the Debug activate and Turn off Debug, same error.

@Diego1980, I just checked the log file. I couldn’t find any entry for a $7 purchase. Can you please do another transaction so I can check it (please enable the debug option in the plugin before doing the transaction)?

Hi, Done. I buy other product to 147€ with 25% commission. Continue the problme. The Affiliate win 37€ instead of 36.75€

I chech DEBUG Option ENABLE before doing the transaction.

Thank you. Looks like you are using the affiliate and woocommerce addon. I have applied a fix to this addon. Please upgrade it to v1.3 and you shouldn’t see this issue anymore.
