Commission are not being recorded for WooCommerce integration

I have run several test purchase and even manually added the affiliate commission in and it still will not record it as an earned commission. the affiliate recives the email and so do I but no commission is being recorded

I have word press and use woo commerce and paypal pro for my gateway . Please let me know what steps I should take next as this issue is worysome

When I look up the affiliate on their own it shows the sale made but does not record on my dashboard

If you are using WooCommerce, to sell your products; have you configured Affiliate Platform according to these integration instructions?

Please note that our plugin will only record the commission when the woocommerce order goes to the “processing” or “completed” status.

If your orders are in a “pending” state then the plugin won’t record the commission just yet (it will wait for the money to be received and the order status to go to processing or completed).

Can you please edit your woocommerce order and let me know what the order status is?
