Check your wordpress settings (not eMember) in case you may have turned on the comment login feature.
Go to “WordPress Settings” -> “Discussions” then check if the “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” field is enabled.
Also check the following field in eMember settings… do you have that unchecked?:
Members Must be Logged in to Comment
Hi there, I have the opposite problem. When I test my site, I log in.. when I go to the posts… it asks me to log in again. Any thoughts on this?
I have the posts protected, but unprotected to all membership levels.
In e-member settings I also have the box checked that says “must be a member to comment”.
This is for the comment section of a protected post or your actual post content? Can you share a link to the post in question?
