I just purchased the estore and emember programs. I am excited to see how they work and produce the results I am looking for.
We are currently offering a product that will include digital content which will include pdf’s, audios and videos.
Here is what I would like to do and wondering how I can accomplish this with estore and emember.
When someone makes a purchase of the product I would like them to receive a download link to receive the pdf content immediately. At the same time I would like them to have access to a secure page in the emember site which will house the audio and video content.
How can I accomplish this.
Thanks.

First up before you dive in I highly recommend you read and watch the videos in the documentation pages for both eStore and eMember:

The time spent looking at the above links is well worth the effort
Now to answer your questions:
In terms of delivering the link for the pdf download you might want to check out this page:

Regarding the access to member-only pages, this is also quite easy to do using shortcodes which you can place on the page which you are trying to protect from non-members. see this link:

To integrate a product in eStore and a membership level in eMember you can use the “Reference Text” field in the “Additional Product Details” section.

Thanks,

You can view the information that your members enter into the custom fields by looking in their individual member profiles (Edit a member details and you will see it).
As far as including the custom fields and their values in an email, my understanding is that this is not possible.
