For a group of products/items, I need to collect user registration info during the purchase. I think eMember will do the trick but I’m not sure.
Example: User wants to register as a vendor during a festival. User will need to submit registration form and select/purchase items.
If eMember is the plugin I need, will eMember allow my customer to download or print a the registration form or pdf?
If eMember is not what I need, then what will aloow me to accomplish this?
July 1, 2012 at 10:55 pm #46767adminKeymastereMember can do user registration but I am not fully understanding your scenario so it would be best if you check our documentation and the demo site to determine if it is something that will meet your needs:

No, eMember doesn’t print any registration/pdf form. The registration happens online with eMember. If you need to print a registration form to collect info then you can do that using Microsoft Word or something similar (that’s what most people use for printing hard copy of a registration form).
July 2, 2012 at 1:34 am #46768ReggieMemberWhat I meant was, after registration, printing the registration info. I also a need away to link the estore purchases to the eMember user that purchased it.
July 2, 2012 at 1:49 am #46769adminKeymasterThis should help with showing the members what they purchased:

July 3, 2012 at 1:50 pm #46770ReggieMemberI can register with eMember and pay with eStore, but I don’t get purchase history
What am I missing
I’ve used this shortcode on the profile page and on a page by itself
[wp_eStore_members_purchase_history]
July 3, 2012 at 11:48 pm #46771IvyMemberAre you logged in as a member when you make the purchase?
You need to be logged into your membership account when you make the purchase for it to show up in the purchase history. If you are not logged in when you make the purchase the plugin won’t know which profile to put that product under.
July 8, 2012 at 4:43 am #46772ReggieMemberWelp, the plugin is supposed to auto login after registration, and it is automatically logging me in. Even if I logout then login, I still don’t see history after purchase.
July 9, 2012 at 2:24 am #46773adminKeymaster1. Please enabled debug (see the following post to learn how):
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
2. Do a test product purchase as a logged in member.
3. Share the content of the following debug files form the test transaction:
– ipn_handle_debug.log
– subscription_handle_debug.log
