Hey there.
I’m having problems with the Collect Customer Input option.
The situation goes as follows…
We have the Collect Info Box on the project selection page.
We want them to put the coupon code in that box for our own tracking purposes.
And then they will be taken to the shopping cart, where they will insert the coupon code for the actual discount.
It is extremely important we are able to track which coupons are used (we have several coupons for the same products. They help us track which Mailing House sent the traffic).
However the info put into the Customer Input Box is nowhere to be found.

(Note: I’ve seen that you often suggest a thank you page method. If customer input is needed. This is not an option considering our marketing funnel.)

eStore tracks each coupon code that your customer uses in the checkout process. You can see which coupon was used for which transactions from the “Manage Customers” menu (there is a column for the coupon code). So I don’t see why you need your customers to input the coupon code in the “Collect Customer Input”.
When I got to the page you mentioned above I can see the collect customer input field fine.
