‘Collect Customer Input’ addon field customization?

Hello everyone..

Just purchased and installed the addon for the e-store shopping cart that allows me to collect info from the customer.

My question is:
Can I request (or hack) the format of the fields? For example, one field is requesting the user to input an answer that can be several sentences long. It would be really helpful if the input field was longer and wider so the user can see what s/he is typing in.

Also, It would be really useful if this addon gives the option to insert checkboxes or radio-buttons too.

Any insight would be really appreciated! 🙂

Can I request (or hack) the format of the fields?

Your only options are to specify the field label, whether or not it is a required field, and an optional “help” text. If you require a specific modification, please request a customer work order quote.
