We have a WordPress Ecommerce plugin called PHPurchase and we are trying to integrate your affiliate platform with our cart. Can you please tell me what code we need to include in order to make this happen. I read in the documentation that you could provide a snippet of code to include. Thank you!November 25, 2009 at 11:03 pm #16278
I will send you the code via email.November 26, 2009 at 12:54 am #16279phpoetMember
Thank you very much! I’m really excited about getting our cart integrated with this affiliate plugin. The cart handles both PayPal and Authorize.net credit card payments so it would be great to have both the IPN code snippet as well as the post payment landing page code if possible. If I can only have one of the snippets, however, I’d like to have the post payment landing page snippet. Thank you!November 26, 2009 at 1:35 am #16280
It is possible to integrate both options but you want to use one of the methods in your implementation so you are not giving double commissions on purchases.
Integration through the landing page is easier so lets do this one first. I have sent you a code snippet that you can put in the post payment processing section of your code.February 18, 2010 at 6:23 pm #16281sharris203Member
I’m interested in 3rd party integration too. Here’s my setup. On my main site i have ~10 products that use the wpestore. I have a separate section of my site that uses a different shopping cart for just 1 item. I want to use the affiliate program for both.
i can easily add affiliate code onto the 3rd party shopping cart. Is this possible to have both carts work correctly? I could put all products on the 3rd party cart if necessary.February 19, 2010 at 12:13 am #16282
There are a few 3rd party carts that I have worked with and know how to integrate the affiliate plugin with them.
In theory all carts should be able to integrate as long as you know how it works and can modify the code to put in the integration code. The following page will give you a good general understand of what is involved in such an integration:

The reason I asked was because it says you will provide the code, and also in the affiliate settings it says “DO NOT use these settings when using with the wpestore plugin”.
I use a different shopping cart but it’s documentation tells exactly where to put affiliate code. I just need the code to place. I think it says to – Ask for the “WP-eCommerce affiliate integration plugin” and tweak that?February 19, 2010 at 6:59 am #16284
If you are using the “WP-ecommerce” plugin by instinct then all you need is to follow the instructions at the following URL:
