We had WP eMember working fine on a client site and then the client moved the site and now no members show up in the Member dashboard (not even when we add a new member). All members do show up in the public Member list that shows up via [wp_eMember_user_list] and they do ahow up if we run the Member List function that shows emails.
Will we have to uninstall/re-install WP-eMember at the new domain?

Thanks, looks like it’s a different problem as we haven’t lost membership levels – just the member list at the Manager Members dashboard.
Turns out it’s a conflict with WPDirectory Pro.
