Hi,
On the Gallery Management page, when I click Gallery List Name or Gallery ID under Existing Galleries, all the galleries disappear. It says No Items found.
Also, Bulk Import Process Status says There are currently bulk import events in progress. But when I click for more info, it shows all watermarking status completed. (I didn’t think I was watermarking anything.)
Thanks for your help.

Do you mean the “Gallery Name” column in the main settings page which lists all your galleries?
When you refresh that page do the galleries appear again?

It could be that during some of the processing of the photos your server may have run out of resources or something else went wrong. Clear that bulk event using the “clear” link in the table.
You should also check your PHP server logs to see if you can spot any “memory exhausted” or other errors.
Hi Peter,
Thanks for your reply. I cleared the Bulk Import and that message went away.
But the Gallery List Name/Gallery ID problem under Existing Galleries still exists. This is the column in the Gallery (Gallery Management) page. I guess that is main settings.

Hi Peter,
Our server tech says he cannot find relevant errors related to memory exhaustion. “Errors I am seeing are coming from wp-photo-seller plugin in wp-photoseller-list-galleries.php on line 350.”
Does that help?
I’ve sent you an email.
